1. Our services

Lotus Diagnostics is an ISO certified diagnostic centre offering blood tests, health packages, and home sample collection, with reports processed at NABL Accredited Labs. We provide these services to residents of Nizampet and surrounding areas of Hyderabad. Availability of specific tests, packages, prices, and service areas may change from time to time.

2. Medical disclaimer

This is the most important part of these Terms, so please read it carefully:

• Laboratory test reports are provided for informational purposes and for the use of medical practitioners. They are not a medical diagnosis on their own.
• The content on our website, including blog articles and health guides, is general information and education only. It is not personalised medical advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor.
• A test result outside the normal reference range does not by itself confirm a disease, and a normal result does not by itself rule one out. Results can be affected by many factors, and false positives and false negatives are possible in any testing process.
• You should always consult your physician to interpret your results and decide on any treatment. Do not self-diagnose or self-medicate based on a report or on website content.
• If you have a medical emergency or a critical symptom, seek immediate medical attention — do not wait for a report.

3. Accuracy of information you provide

To deliver accurate results, we rely on the information you give us — your name, age, contact details, sample details, and any relevant medical information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by an incorrect contact number or address supplied for report delivery or home collection.

4. Bookings, home collection & reports

• Bookings can be made by phone or WhatsApp on +91 80199 86555. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it.
• Home sample collection is offered within our service areas, subject to availability and the conditions stated at the time of booking.
• We aim to deliver reports within the stated turnaround time; however, some tests may take longer for clinical reasons or circumstances beyond our control, and estimated timelines are not guarantees.
• Reports are shared directly with you through the contact details you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and for the security of any device or account where you receive your report.

5. Pricing & payments

Prices for tests and packages are displayed on our website or shared at the time of booking, and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed at the time you book. Payments may be made through the methods we offer; where online payment is used, it is processed by a third-party payment gateway under its own terms, and we do not store your full card or banking details.

6. Cancellations & refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Where a sample has not yet been collected or a test not yet processed, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation or refund. Once a sample has been collected or a test processed, the service has begun and refunds may not be possible. Specific cancellation and refund terms will be explained at the time of booking.

7. Website content & intellectual property

All content on thelotuslabs.in — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, and design — belongs to or is licensed to Lotus Diagnostics and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service, or use our services in any way that could harm Lotus, our staff, or other users.
