Every Major Fever Cause — One Panel
The Instant Fever Screening is designed so that no major cause of acute fever is missed. One blood draw, one visit, one price.
Which Fever Might You Have? Get Tested to Know
Symptoms of dengue, malaria, typhoid and chikungunya overlap significantly. Only a blood test can distinguish them — and this panel covers all four.
All 10 Tests — Complete Breakdown
Every test has a specific clinical purpose. Together they give your doctor everything needed to start the right treatment — tonight.
Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Full blood cell count: RBC, WBC, haemoglobin, haematocrit and platelet count. In dengue, platelet count is the critical management parameter — below 50,000/µL = hospitalisation threshold. WBC drop (leukopenia) is an early dengue indicator. Elevated WBC suggests bacterial infection. CBC is the foundation of every fever workup.
Detects: Dengue severity · Bacterial vs viral · Platelet watch
Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR)
Measures how fast red blood cells settle in a tube — a non-specific marker of inflammation and infection. Elevated in bacterial infections (typhoid, severe dengue), chronic infection and autoimmune conditions. Used alongside CRP to assess infection severity and monitor treatment response.
Detects: Infection severity · Inflammation monitoring
Malarial Falciparum & Vivax Antigen (V&F)
Rapid antigen test simultaneously detecting both Plasmodium Falciparum (the deadlier, drug-resistant strain causing cerebral malaria) and Plasmodium Vivax (the more common relapsing malaria). Both strains circulate in Hyderabad. Treatment differs completely between strains — making identification essential.
Detects: Malaria Falciparum · Malaria Vivax
Widal Test (Slide Method)
Detects antibodies produced in response to Salmonella Typhi (O and H antigens) and Salmonella Paratyphi A and B. A titre of 1:160 or above is clinically significant in India. Typhoid requires specific antibiotic treatment and, if missed, can progress to intestinal perforation — a surgical emergency.
Detects: Typhoid · Paratyphoid A & B
Dengue IgG Antibody
IgG antibodies persist for life after dengue infection. A high IgG titre early in current illness signals secondary dengue — prior dengue infection. Secondary dengue carries significantly higher risk of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever and Dengue Shock Syndrome. This risk stratification changes how your doctor manages your case.
Detects: Secondary dengue · Severity risk
Dengue IgM Antibody
The primary antibody marker for active dengue infection, appearing from Day 3 of fever and remaining detectable for 2–3 months. Confirms current dengue when NS1 becomes negative (after Day 5). A positive IgM confirms the diagnosis and signals the need for platelet monitoring, hydration and medical supervision.
Detects: Active dengue infection · Day 3 onwards
Dengue Virus NS1 Antigen
The earliest dengue marker — detectable from Day 1 of fever before the immune system produces antibodies. Directly detects the dengue virus protein circulating in blood. Positive in up to 90% of dengue cases in the first 5 days. This is why the Instant Fever Screening is most valuable when booked at the very first sign of fever.
Detects: Dengue detection from Day 1 of fever
Chikungunya Rapid Test
Rapid immunochromatographic test for Chikungunya virus antibodies. Chikungunya is transmitted by the same Aedes mosquito as dengue and presents with similar fever — but with far more severe and prolonged joint pain. Confirming chikungunya avoids unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions and enables appropriate pain management for weeks-long arthritis.
Detects: Chikungunya virus antibodies
C-Reactive Protein (CRP)
Produced by the liver in response to infection and inflammation — rises rapidly within 6 hours of bacterial infection. Normal CRP is below 5 mg/L; above 100 mg/L indicates severe bacterial infection. In fever, CRP distinguishes bacterial (high CRP — needs antibiotics) from viral (moderate CRP — managed supportively) fever.
Detects: Bacterial vs viral · Infection severity
Complete Urine Examination (CUE)
Screens urine for glucose, protein, blood cells, bacteria, casts and cellular elements. Rules out UTI as a fever cause (extremely common, especially in women). Detects protein in urine in serious dengue. Identifies glucose (diabetes-related fever complications). Screens for early kidney involvement in any severe systemic infection.
Detects: UTI · Kidney involvement · Systemic fever effects

Patients Who Got Their Fever Diagnosed on Time
"My husband had fever for 3 days and we had no idea if it was dengue or typhoid. Booked the Instant Fever Screening at 9 AM, phlebotomist was home by 10 AM, and by 5 PM we had all 10 results. Turned out to be malaria — our doctor started the right treatment that same evening. Could not have done this without this panel."
"Dengue NS1 came positive on Day 2 of fever. Because of early detection, I was monitored closely and my platelet count never went below 80,000. I avoided hospitalisation because we caught it on Day 1. The free home collection was a blessing — I was too weak to go anywhere. Best diagnostic lab in Nizampet."
"I had fever and severe joint pain — I thought it was dengue but the test showed Chikungunya positive, dengue negative. This changed everything — my doctor adjusted treatment for chikungunya. Without this specific diagnosis I would have been treated for the wrong condition for weeks. The 10-test panel is worth every rupee."
